Rare Vintage Fendi Baguette-Hand Embroidered & Beaded-Exotic Lizard Trim-Collect

Exceptional and extremely rare vintage Fendi Baguette, featuring extraordinarily detailed multicolour embroidery, beadwork, mother-of-pearl-style embellishments and dramatic hand-finished fringe detailing.

The black textile body is richly decorated in shades of pink, lime green, yellow, ivory and brown, contrasted with beautiful green exotic lizard trim and a coordinating lizard shoulder strap. The iconic FF closure is finished in contrasting pink and green exotic leather. This is a highly decorative collector’s Baguette showcasing the elaborate craftsmanship for which Fendi’s early-2000s embellished bags have become so sought after. The amount of embroidery, beading, appliqué and textural detail is exceptional. The interior is finished in beautiful pink satin with a zipped pocket and Fendi Made in Italy plaque.

Condition: Pre-owned vintage condition with signs of previous use. The pink satin interior shows some marks/staining, as photographed. There is age-related wear to the exotic leather trim/strap. At the upper embellished area, two small decorative mother-of-pearl pieces are partially loose but remain attached. This has been clearly photographed and disclosed for complete transparency. Given the intricate handmade nature and age of the bag, minor wear to individual beads, threads and embellishments should be expected.
